Responsibilities:

• Operate a variety of heavy equipment including front loaders, scrapers, dozers, graders, and compactors.
• Perform daily safety and maintenance checks.
• Follow foreman's directions for daily tasks and project expectations.
• Be a team player, contributing positively to the work environment.
• Work collaboratively with co-workers, residents, and customers.
• Communicate maintenance and repair needs promptly.
• Always adhere to company and governmental safety guidelines.
• Be prepared to work in all weather conditions, from extreme heat to cold.

Qualifications:

• Consent to a pre-employment background check and drug test.
• Use hand tools for equipment maintenance and repair.
• Mechanical skills and background.
• Follow written and verbal instructions from supervisors.
• Physically capable: Ability to reach, grasp, and lift over 50 pounds.
• Strong work ethic and ability to handle physical workload.
• Reliable transportation to and from the job site.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
