their mechanical, electrical, and sanitary systems throughout the
District. Assist with maintenance of grounds. Some small engine repair.
QualificationsEducation/Certifications:Valid Texas driver's license
GED or High School Diploma
Special Knowledge/SkillsValid Texas CDL with passenger and bus endorsement Preferred
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
Knowledge of basic construction and routine maintenance and repair procedures
Ability to communicate effectively (verbally)
Ability to operate hand and power tools
Ability to work independently
Ability to operate tractor and zero turn mower
ExperienceOne year experience in general building maintenance, plumbing, and electrical experience preferred
