Responsibilities:

• Review all documents related to the closing process, including lender closing instructions and conveyancing

• Prepare Closing disclosure settlement statement

• Processing documents for recording

• Be familiar with NJ tax and municipal liens

• Heavy communication with lenders, banks, legal offices, and real estate offices

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years reviewing title commitments

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills (both written and verbal)

• Maintain a professional appearance and providing a positive company image

Education:

• Minimum High School or equivalent (required)

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years processing Titles

• Title Industry a plus but not mandatory

• Experience with NJ and PA a plus
