Role Description

We are looking for a talented Postdoctoral Researcher with a strong background in catalysis, inorganic chemistry, or material chemistry. The successful candidate will focus on the design, synthesis, and characterization of novel catalysts aimed at monomer synthesis. This role will involve collaborative research with both academic and industry partners and contribute to our mission of creating environmentally friendly materials.

Responsibilities

• Conduct lab research experiments to develop novel metallic catalysts for sustainable synthetic processes.
• Utilize research laboratory experience to troubleshoot and optimize experimental protocols.
• Analyze and interpret material characterization and catalysis performance data to contribute to ongoing research projects.
• Communicate findings effectively through presentations and publications.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate documentation and data review.
• Adhere to ethical guidelines and regulations in all research activities.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Catalysis, Inorganic Chemistry, Material Chemistry, or a related field.
• Strong expertise in catalyst design, synthesis, and characterization.
• Experience with advanced analytical techniques (e.g., NMR, XRD, SEM, TEM, FTIR).
• Demonstrated ability to conduct independent research and publish in high-impact journals.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong commitment to sustainability.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
