Job Summary and Qualifications

Scheduling appointments and registering patients to support the clinical practice. Provide excellent customer service and complete a variety of duties associated with daily operations. Provide backup support for Practice Specialist I.

What qualifications you will need:

• Required Education: High School diploma or GED
• Required Experience: One year experience in a customer service role or healthcare setting.
• Preferred Experience: Two years experience in a customer service role or healthcare setting. Experience working with practice management software including scheduling and registration.

Mission Hospital McDowell is a community hospital with 25 beds, including five labor and delivery suites, serving McDowell County.
