Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Oasis RV. As a Sales Associate, you will play a pivotal role in assisting customers in finding the ideal RV to suit their lifestyle and travel needs. You will be responsible for guiding customers through the sales process from start to finish, providing expert product knowledge, and delivering exceptional service to ensure an outstanding buying experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in exploring our inventory of RVs.
- Listen to customers' needs and preferences to recommend suitable RV options.
- Provide detailed information about features, specifications, and pricing.
- Conduct product demonstrations and test drives to showcase RV capabilities.
- Guide customers through the sales process, including financing options and paperwork.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through follow-up communication.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and competitor offerings.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or recreational vehicle industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
