FRONT DESK ADMINISTRATOR wanted for a busy accounting firm located in Marion, IL. This is a full time position. The position requires overtime during the peek months of January - April and August to October. Applicants needs to have a neat professional appearance and manner. Applicants must be able to work in a detail-oriented environment, with frequent interruptions by phone and walk up clients. Applicant must be able to schedule and maintain appointment calendars. Applicant must possess excellent follow-through skills and work extremely well under pressure. Applicant must be able to follow procedures to the last detail and use all available resources to provide excellent client services. Applicants must have reliable transportation, and must attend work consistently. Applicant must have professional phone and email etiquette. Applicant must keep a neat and tidy work area as the lobby is the first thing that our clients see. Applicant must be able to keep client information confidential. If you have an upbeat personality, are friendly and outgoing we welcome your resume.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
