**Job Summary:** We are seeking a talented Photographer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for capturing high-quality images to support marketing campaigns, social media, and various projects. **Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with clients or internal teams to determine project goals and deliverables - Plan and execute photoshoots in various settings - Edit and retouch images to ensure high-quality results - Manage equipment, including cameras, lenses, lighting, and backdrops - Maintain an organized digital library of images for easy access - Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to enhance photography skills **Experience:** - Proven experience as a Photographer or similar role - Proficiency in photo editing software such as Adobe Photoshop or Lightroom - Strong portfolio showcasing a range of photography styles - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines **Skills:** - Inventory control - Negotiation skills - Analytics for assessing image performance - Pricing strategies for photography services/products - Production planning for photoshoots - Familiarity with Tableau for data visualization - Basic financial analysis for budgeting purposes - Understanding of supply chain logistics in photography business - Data mining to identify trends in photography market - Efficient data collection methods during photoshoots

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $16.92 - $18.77 per hour
