Sterling Estates of West Cobb is Seeking a Part-Time Exercise Specialist/Wellness Assistant to assist with planning and implementing group fitness programs and personal training sessions.
Essential Job Duties
- Instructs a variety of group and individual fitness programs for all levels of care.
- Provide 1 on 1 sessions (Personal Training) for older adults of all levels of care/special populations.
- Encourages social interaction, and engagement.
- Ability to perform age specific fitness Assessments.
- Present and plan educational programs and topics.
Background/Qualifications
- Obtained and/or Pursuing an Exercise Science Degree or Related Field. Ie: Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Human Performance
- Preferably Certified with ACSM, NSCA,ACE, or AFAA
- Previous experience in Personal Training, Group Exercise
- Previous experience working with Older Adults.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
