- Develop, deploy, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports, ensuring they meet business requirements and user needs.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand their data visualization needs and translate them into compelling Power BI solutions.
- Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources into Power BI, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Implement data modeling, visualization, and reporting techniques to create impactful and interactive dashboards.
- Provide Power BI training and support to end-users, enhancing their ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Continuously monitor and optimize the performance of Power BI solutions, ensuring they remain relevant and efficient.
- Collaborate with IT and BI teams to ensure alignment with Client's technological and business strategies.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in BI technologies and Power BI developments, applying best practices to ongoing and future projects.
- Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or related field.
- OR 2-4 years of experience in Power BI development and data analytics.
- Proficient in data modeling, SQL, and DAX.
- Strong understanding of BI principles, practices, and methodologies.
- Experience with data integration and ETL processes.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Prior experience in the poultry or food production industry is a plus.
