Job Overview:

Care LinQ is a Health Service Provider here in Maricopa, AZ who currently specialize in residential housing for adults experiencing homelessness due to mental illness, or seeking recovery from drug and alcohol dependency. We provide in house treatment and group therapies for those who are seeking a life of independence. We also, provide Day Treatment and Training and Employment services to adults with intellectual disabilities.

Care LinQ is currently seeking a Independent Licensed Mental Health Professional who is responsible for Client screenings, assessments, treatment planning, case load management, group/individual counseling, crisis management and coordination of care. Supervising BHT’s and paperwork. You will also, prepare intake documentation, progress notes, event notifications and other documentation regarding clients in accordance with regulatory requirements and company policies and procedures

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the assessment and monitoring of patients' mental health conditions
- Implement treatment plans and provide supervision for BHT's and other mental health professionals.
- Utilize behavioral therapy techniques to assist patients in managing their conditions
- Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure comprehensive care for patients
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records

Job Type: Contract

Pay: From $35.00 per hour
