We are currently seeking a skilled Finance Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in finance-related tasks, including multi-state payroll management, accounts payable and receivable, commissions processing, as well as invoice creation and follow-up. This role is crucial to ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multi-state payroll processes, including but not limited to:
• Processing payroll for employees across multiple states
• Calculating wages, deductions, and overtime accurately
• Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
• Resolving payroll discrepancies and answering employee payroll-related inquiries
• Handle accounts payable tasks efficiently, such as:
• Processing vendor invoices and expense reports
• Verifying and reconciling invoices with purchase orders and receipts
• Issuing payments to vendors in a timely manner
• Resolving discrepancies and discrepancies with vendors
• Oversee accounts receivable activities, including:
• Generating and sending customer invoices
• Recording incoming payments accurately
• Following up on overdue accounts and collections
• Reconciling accounts receivable ledger
• Manage commissions processing procedures, including:
• Calculating and tracking sales commissions for employees
• Verifying commission eligibility and accuracy
• Processing commission payments on a regular basis
• Addressing commission-related inquiries from sales team members
• Create and maintain invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness:
• Generating invoices for goods and services provided
• Sending invoices to clients/customers through appropriate channels
• Following up on outstanding invoices and resolving billing issues
• Updating invoice records and maintaining documentation for auditing purposes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• Proven experience (X years) in finance administration, with specific expertise in multi-state payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, commissions, and invoice management
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite)
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and external stakeholders
• Knowledge of relevant federal, state, and local regulations governing payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable processes

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
