Eastridge has partnered with a rapidly growing engineering design and contract manufacturer specializing in single-use and electromechanical medical devices. We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Assembler II. In this role, you will be responsible for performing and ensuring production assembly tasks are completed efficiently to meet production schedules while maintaining the highest standards of quality. You will utilize a variety of hand and power tools, soldering irons, fixtures, work instructions, and equipment to assemble medical devices. We have openings on both 1st and 2nd shifts. Apply today!

Qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience in a regulated manufacturing environment; experience in an ISO 13485:2016 manufacturing environment preferred
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as blueprints, work instructions, and procedure manuals
  • Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Collaborative team player with strong organizational skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet requirements
  • Demonstrated problem-solving ability in a cross-functional environment
  • Experience working to time standards

Essential Functions:

  • Understand, support, and comply with Company Quality System requirements
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment
  • Follow standard operating procedures and written work instructions
  • Communicate openly with team members
  • Collaborate with Supervisor, Lead Assembler, and other production staff to meet quality and production goals
  • Complete required documentation related to business or regulatory requirements
  • Perform wire crimping, minor sub-assembly fabrication, chassis assembly, and final product assembly
  • Interpret blueprints and assembly instructions, including hardware call-out requirements
  • Perform soldering tasks
  • Report any quality, process, equipment, material, or labor concerns
  • Identify and support continuous improvement efforts
  • Take on special projects as assigned
  • Perform other duties as assigned
