If you live and breathe marketing, we want to talk to you. You will be responsible for inbound marketing campaigns and associated programs. This is a hands-on role, where you are planning AND executing the programs.
Dedicated marketing associate that understands the Door Engineering products/solutions and is immersed in the products/customers. Understands product features, market data, applications, and customer value propositions (architects, dealers, and end-users). Enhances and organizes marketing tools for the sales team and supports tradeshow activities.

Responsibilities
  • Execute successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to measurement tracking.
  • Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target customers.
  • Lead/manage product launches and develop the associated materials and content required drive demand from channel partners and end users.
  • Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our brands/products and drive qualified traffic to our front door.
  • Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a monthly basis and allocate funds wisely.
  • Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals.
  • Analyze customer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly. Design web pages, brochures, logos, signs, books, annual reports, advertisements, and other communication materials.
  • Create these materials by hand or by using technology, including computer software programs. Adobe's Creative Suite—including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Supports buying group and distributor loyalty program activities
  • Serves as liaison with outside agencies on ongoing promotional campaigns.
  • Establishes and maintains a consistent corporate image throughout all product lines, promotional materials, and events.

Literature & Web Development:
  • Messaging creation for relevant target audience(s)
  • Case studies/white papers
  • Develop Product Hierarchy literature
  • Including emphasizing standard door offers
  • Launch/develop retrofit marketing program
  • Develop territory-specific literature targeting unique needs of each territory (e.g., hurricane, corrosion, energy snow, oil/gas)
  • Align web with literature and maintain updates on both vehicles
  • Point of Contact (POC) for Door Engineering website for larger-scale Senneca website development project
  • Explore SEO and cost of SEM (Search Engine Marketing)
  • Potential cost to move up on certain terms such as “Fire Station Door”
  • Currently ranking 3rd to competitors (Raynor & Clearfold)
Product Launch:
  • Support overall new product development and associated rollouts
  • Develop marketing for new products (e.g., thermal, hurricane, economy operators)
  • Measure impact through click-through/engagement rates on e-blasts, Google analytics, create UTM codes/URL, etc.
Specification Updates:
  • Manage product changes/updates in specifications
  • Maintain updates to the website
  • Marketing Resource Organization:
  • Organize and catalog literature database (Sharepoint)
  • Update Senneca Digital Catalog
  • Develop work instructions
Proactive Use Of CRM Data:
  • Optimize CRM data for marketing needs
  • Are we collecting needed datapoints?
  • Develop e-blasts and messaging
  • Literature updates and product launches to dealers, end users, architects, et Specification updates to architects
  • Measure impact through click-through/engagement rates on e-blasts, Google analytics, create UTM codes/URL, etc.
Market Data Development:
  • Develop quote vs. budget historical tracking (by product type)
  • Update, relaunch, and maintain Google Maps station data for use at tradeshows and rep travel
Door Engineering Academy (Training Center):
  • Market training events to dealers, architects, and end-users
  • Plan and coordinate training events
Tradeshow Coordination:
  • Coordinate tradeshow schedules and personnel
  • Coordinate materials, forms, supplies, shipping, etc.
  • Develop messaging, marketing, collateral, giveaways, etc.
  • Create system for measuring impact (e.g., leads, quotes, closure rate)
Local Community Engagement:
  • Assist with HR
  • Organize manufacturing tours and open houses
  • Participate in local recognition events and outreach
Requirements
  • BS degree in marketing or a related field
  • 5-7 years related experience and/or training
  • Project management experience or certification
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Suite, CRM systems (e.g.,
  • Salesforce, Infor EQ), e-blast clients (e.g., Act-On, Mailchimp), spec writing software (e.g., RIB SpecLink, Dodge, Construct Connect)
  • Experience with branding, digital marketing, competitive assessment, value proposition development, and marketing communication
  • Engaging customers through social media
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
  • Experience in lead generation and nurturing the lead funnel
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Innovative and out-of-the-box thinking
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills
