Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare complex individual, C-Corp, S-Corp, Partnership, and multi-state tax returns
Analyze financial statements, identify and assess tax risks, research and present tax issues and resolutions
Develop and maintain productive working relationships with clients
Monitor and analyze changes in the tax law and review of technical literature
Assist in the training and mentoring of staff
Manage multiple tax engagements and deadlines
Provide tax advice to clients
QualificationsNice to have CPA, EA or other comparable certification
5 years of tax experience (public accounting preferred)
Experience With 1040s, 990s, And Other Complex Tax ReturnsAbility to interpret complex tax laws and regulations
Strong understanding of C-Corp, S-Corp, and Partnership Tax
High attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Good organizational and communication skills
