We are currently seeking a 40 hour a week Maintenance Technician to join our team! You will be responsible for the repair, maintenance, and general upkeep of the buildings, grounds, and equipment managed by Doneff Companies LLC, following all applicable regulations and company policies and procedures. The job is based in Manitowoc and can float to other properties as needed with paid travel or a company vehicle.

Responsibilities:

• Minor electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and HVAC repairs.
• Small repairs to apartment windows, flooring, and fixtures.
• Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on the buildings and grounds
• Occasional emergency maintenance requests outside of business hours
• Paid weekend call rotation

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
• Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
• Professional conduct and good communication skills
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Fiscal responsibility in decision making
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Flexible in hours
• Must have reliable transportation
