• $210/hr benefits (value $30hr) W2 employee
• $240/hr Independent Contractor

Sign-on bonus: (Full-time positions only, minimum 1 year commitment, must committo start by November 1, 2023, other exclusions may apply): $20,000.00Benefits For Full-time Employees

• PTO based on hours worked with cash-out option
• Holiday pay of 1.5x hourly rate for 8 major holiday shifts
• Health/Dental employer pays 50% of premium up to $1000/month
• 401K with employer matching, increasing based on years of service, starting at 3%, up to max of 9%
• CME reimbursement of $2,000/year (includes licensing fees, dues)
• Local control of schedule by a physician medical director who works clinical shifts and understands group culture and needs
• Paid Malpractice with tail coverage

Qualifications & Experience

• FP/IM with Emergency Medicine experience
• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible
• MD/DO
• Wisconsin Medical License/DEA

• Daily Arrivals: ~ 24
• Coverage model: 24.5 hours of physician coverage per day, single coverage with 30-minute day-to-night overlap
• EMR: EPIC
• Level 3 Trauma Center with Heli-pad
• Nursing staffing currently filled
• 24/7 in-house hospitalist
