Hondru Chevrolet of Manheim is Hiring an Automotive Sales Manager Near Manheim, PA

Are you a experienced Automotive Sales Manager with experience in Finance & Insurance (F&I)? We want YOU to join our team! Dealership experience is a MUST for this role.
If so, we are looking for someone like you, who wants to further their career in a family-owned and operated business that cares about their employees and customers.
This is a full-time position, with a five-day work week.
The Salary varies between $70,000 - $90,000 depending on experience.

Essential duties include but are not limited to:
  • Train, motivate, counsel, and monitor the performance of all salespeople
  • Establishes annual and monthly objectives for unit sales, gross profits, expenses, and operating profit
  • Monitors salesperson productivity and performance
  • Orders/acquire new and used-vehicle inventory
  • Displays, merchandises, and promotes new and used vehicles
  • Reviews market analyses and sales reports to determine customer needs, and volume potential, and develop sales campaigns to accommodate the goals of the dealership
  • Analyzes and controls expenditures to conform to budgetary requirements
Qualifications:
  • High school or equivalent required
  • Two to four years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • State Sales License
  • Valid Driver's License with a good driver's record
