Steadfast Management Services is Hiring a Project Manager Near Manhattan, NY

Overview:
We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team. Experience is needed while we are also open to teaching and helping you grow into the job. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and ability to finish what they start. A background in project management, contractor, or interior design is helpful. Must possess excellent leadership skills is important.

Duties:
- Plan, execute, and finalize projects within deadlines and budget constraints.
- Implement project engineering principles to ensure successful project completion.
- Oversee project implementation from inception to delivery.
- Employ Earned Value Management techniques to monitor project performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
- Ensure quality management standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead project meetings, provide status updates, and negotiate with stakeholders when necessary.

Skills:
- Ability to plan and execute project planning and scheduling.
- Strong background in project engineering principles.
- Exceptional leadership skills to guide project teams effectively.
- Knowledge of Kanban methodology for efficient task management.
- Ability to oversee end-to-end project implementation processes.
- Understanding of quality management practices to ensure deliverables meet standards.
- Proficient in negotiation techniques for resolving conflicts and reaching agreements.
- Experience managing content management systems for effective documentation.

-Speaking Spanish and other languages is a plus.

This position offers a unique opportunity to be a part of a rapidly growing company with salaries and bonus that will increase based on the number of jobs that are recieved.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $52,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 40 per week
