Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Facilities Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in field service of retail locations and store maintenance to ensure facilities are maintained in a safe, business-friendly condition
Duties:
- Perform necessary, semi-skilled maintenance including carpentry, painting, plumbing and basic electrical work in Manhattan and the Bronx
- Analyze equipment performance and troubleshoot issues
- Conduct preventive maintenance on various systems
- Inspect facilities to identify maintenance needs
-Safely and effectively use, operate and maintain equipment and tools
- Work with HVAC/R systems and electrical equipment
Experience:
- Previous experience in field service or industrial maintenance
- Proficiency in English for effective communication
- Familiarity with HVAC/R systems and industrial mechanics
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
