 Stage 3 specializes in high quality solids control equipment designed for mud systems to effectively manage solids, reducing costs for the customer and providing limited or zero discharge solutions as necessary, but we don't stop there.

Additionally, Stage 3 uses a team of professionals to make intelligent and informed recommendations on how to best manage your job for efficiency and cost savings.Â

The HSE Coordinator helps with the coordination of critical safety related policies and procedures, helps organize team meetings, solve safety issues, coordinate audits, and inspections, tracks corrective actions and incident data, reviews important safety documents, and many other duties that require a high degree of attention to detail.Â

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS : Â

  • Responsible for maintaining 3rd Party Compliance Systems such as IS Networld, Avetta, Comply Works and similar and
  • supporting HSE related questions on Customers Pre-Qualification requests.Â
  • Maintain, track, and order all safety related Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and supplies for the Field and Shops.Â
  • Monitor and manage all Workers Compensation claims and file any 3rd party, auto, GL or theft insurance claims for the organization.Â
  • Act as Designated Employer Representative (DER) for DISA and other drug and alcohol testing consortiums.Â
  • Maintain Medical Surveillance documentation for the company and schedule and track completion of appointments.Â
  • Manage Certificate of Insurance (COI) and coordinate Customer, Broker, and Sales Department to satisfy requests.Â
  • Maintain all OSHA logs and preparation of all relative documents.Â
  • Track monthly HSE related metrics and create scorecards for locations and leaderships.Â
  • Assist with Training class scheduling, material development and tracking.Â
  • Act as document control for all HSE related policies, forms, and procedures.Â
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by Manager.Â

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities : Â

  • Have a thorough knowledge of Health, Safety and Environmental principles and best practices
  • Have a full comprehension of OSHA regulationsÂ
  • Maintains historical employee records, files, and dataÂ
  • Creates Power-point presentationsÂ
  • Handle confidential documents and information and exercise discretionÂ
  • Perform HSE Audits for complianceÂ
  • Familiarity with Federal, State and Local lawsÂ
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Must be able to meet deadlines and pay attention to detailÂ
  • Must be a team player
  • Have the ability to Supervise Administrator support staff
  • Bilingual a plus
  • 3 years HSE experience is preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products; Outlook, Excel, Word, and Power-PointÂ
  • Must have a valid Texas driver's license with an acceptable driving record
  • Must be able to pass pre employment testing that includes background check, drug testing (urine and hair follicle) and physical fitness testÂ
  • High School Diploma / High School Equivalent
