Rate : commensurate with experience and position.
Hours : Monday through Friday, 32 hours weekly.

Role and Responsibilities :
- Cleaning of common areas, restrooms, windows, walls, flooring, and hard & soft surfaces throughout the property.
- Cleaning as part of the turnover of apartments.
- May perform grounds trash removal as needed.
- Ability to safely and effectively operate and use various cleaning tools and equipment.
- Ability to safely and effectively work with appropriate cleaning products in accordance with all related guidelines.

- Valid PA Driver's License and reliable transportation.
