Fusilier Family Farms is a sixth generation family farm in Manchester, Michigan.

What will your role be?

As a DRIVER, you will be responsible for delivering boxes of produce to homes, using a 2021 or 2022 Dodge Ram Pro Master cargo van. In this role, you will represent Fusilier Farms, building rapport with customers and community. Our customers are our first priority so our delivery drivers become customer service representatives in the field. Drivers work Tuesday-Friday from 7 AM - 5 PM (approximately)

As a whole team we work to ensure that each customer receives a beautiful, delicious shipment of locally grown, seasonal produce every week.

Fusilier Farms is a seasonal operation and at this time cannot offer year-round employment. The typical season will run from June through November. Full time employees in good standing are eligible for unemployment benefits during the off-season.

Qualifications:

Driver:

• 21 or older with clean driving record
• Able to get in and out of a delivery van up to 100 times each day.
• Ability to use Android Mapping and delivery App and follow navigation instructions.
• Able to carry up to 40 pounds to porches, and sometimes up steps.
• Kind and patient driving.
• Clear communication skills.
• Pleasant customer service approach.
• Independent and strong work ethic.
• Commercial/Work related (Door Dash, Uber, Roadie) driving experience is a plus.

What You’ll Need:

Driver:

• Delivery drivers must be 21 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Must be able to lift and carry boxes up to 40-50 lbs.
• Must have the physical ability to climb in and out of delivery van throughout the day.
• Drug screen and background check may be required.
