Fusilier Family Farms is a sixth generation family farm in Manchester, Michigan. Fusilier Farms is a seasonal operation and at this time cannot offer year-round employment. The typical season will run from June through November. Full time employees in good standing are eligible for unemployment benefits during the off-season. As a whole team we work to ensure that each customer receives a beautiful, delicious locally grown, seasonal produce.

The Job: This job is for a helper at the farm store with flowers and vegetables. Tasks may include watering the plants; stocking, cleaning, sweeping, and tidying up; serving customers, and other tasks to help in the store atmosphere.

Qualifications:

• Polite and friendly customer service
• Responsible and self-motivated
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 40-50 lbs.
• Able to stand and walk for an entire shift
• Would love someone who loves plants, has an interest in their names, types, varieties and growing conditions, and can help customers with such questions.

Ideal candidates have an independent work ethic, and are enthusiastic and ready to get the job done.

• Monday to Friday
