We are expanding and looking for Field Sales Specialists who would be responsible for being the liaison between clients and insurance adjusters. We are seeking dependable, professional and results-oriented sales professionals to represent the company in a residential setting. This role ensures that storm damaged roofs get approved and paid for. The right candidate will also be responsible for organizing the project profile in the CRM. This allows us to continue our growth as a company and increase our company workflow and volume.

Main responsibilities of a Field Sales Specialist:

• Responsible for setting the initial appointment at clients home
• Advocating on clients behalf with the insurance adjuster due to storm damage
• Performing roof inspections
• Managing customer profile and CRM efficiently
• Collecting deposits and final checks from clients to ensure job completion and client satisfaction

Qualifications and Skills:

• Task master and Detail oriented (organized)
• Love working with customers face to face
• Ability to work quickly and multi task
• Excellent communication and people skills
• The ability to work with different styles of people and effectively build rapport *

*Training will be provided, but must be a “people person” and highly motivated, friendly and coachable. While a background in marketing or sales is an asset, it is not required.*

Hours : PT / FT available - Flexible schedules

Compensation: 60,000 - 150,000 competitive commission based structure
