Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the project management team to plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure project objectives are met.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within scope.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress and escalate any issues as necessary.
- Conduct post-project evaluations and identify areas for improvement.
- Oversee product photography projects, including coordinating photo shoots, managing schedules, and ensuring high-quality images are delivered on time.
- Manage web maintenance tasks, including updating content, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with developers for enhancements and fixes.
- Availability between 9-5 EST Monday to Friday for meetings is essential.
- Occasional on-site work is not required, though offers additional learning and growth opportunities.
- Minimum commitment of at least 20 hours per week, with potential for additional hours during onboarding and training.
- Must provide own computer, even if working on-site.
- Previous experience working with retail brands is required.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Trello, Microsoft Teams, and SAP is highly recommended.
