Elder Care Associates, LLC is Hiring a RN Case Manager Near Manchester, CT
Licensed Professional nurse with experience in home care, case management and geriatrics.
Preference provide to individual with advanced degree.
Individual with high degree of professionalism, conceptual independent thinker, and ability
to learn from other experts in the field.
We are looking for someone who loves an assessment challenge, enjoys caring for older people and families, teaching staff and is highly organized.
We are all about working as a team. Our team works across clinical functions and supports the goals of excellence in geriatrics and customer service.
We are not a corporate structure but a small independent nurse owned company. We need someone who can demonstrate flexibility and takes ownership of their role.
We are a private geriatric care management company with home health aides and a adult day center.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35.00 - $42.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
