MEP Partners has an immediate opening for a Project Manager
Project Manager Job Description:
- Review and evaluate cost estimates for all plumbing supplies and material
- Communicate with trade partners and team members regarding new and current projects
- Prepare plumbing estimates and purchase orders in detail for all products
- Prepare submittals
- Ensure timely completion of estimates of each plumbing phase
- Understand the plumbing scope of work to bid
- Manage bid plumbing pricing from all vendors
- Establish and maintain working relationships with vendors and subcontractors
- Must be able to read architectural and plumbing/ mechanical plans and develop cost estimates
- Must have a strong understanding of residential and commercial construction processes
- Must be able to multi-task and meet strict deadlines
- Must have excellent problem-solving skill
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
