Tax Preparer duties include:

• Conduct face-to-face tax interviews with clients.
• Preparing individual, corporate, and partnership income tax returns under supervision.
• Complete all related tax forms in accordance with policies, and in compliance with legislation and regulations.
• Furnish taxpayers with sufficient information and advice to ensure correct tax form completion.
• Handling customer questions, complaints, and product and service inquiries with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Must Have

• Experience in providing customer service (1 year preferred)
• Experience in accounting, finance, retail, bookkeeping, or tax preferred
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to effectively communicate in person and in writing

Must be able to work longer hours during busy season

• Bilingual: Hindi/Urdu & English
• High School Diploma
