The Junior Project Manager (JPM) holds a role within the services team where they will be assisting the Senior Project Manager with maintaining the team,tools, and process by which we act as a communications hub for internal and external projects. The JPM will be aligned with several of our clients and assist in providing technical clarity and an understanding of a project’s requirements as they work closely with the Senior PM and Engagement Strategist. This role also involves the setup and moderation of internal and external calls, as well as liasing with clients on timelines, deliverables, and both creative and development needs and expectations. 

Core Responsibilities:

• Coordination of Standup’s and internal ceremonies Hosting the Dev & Creative standups and LOE sessions to understand status/blockers and communicate with management teams (Creative, UX, PM, Dev) appropriately.
• Backlog Ownership Helping to define, document, and groom the services backlog. This backlog is a collection of capabilities and solutions that are continually asked of the services team that we’re looking to productize or build in a way that allows for the functionality to be scalable/reusable. The JPM would work with internal teams to help with requirements and prioritization, but would ultimately be responsible for helping ensure the backlog is consistently kept up to date and addressable by internal services resources.
• Individual Contributor As the technical landscape is constantly shifting, this role must remain constantly vigilant ensuring they are staying on top of emerging technologies as well as the changing expectations around best practices, technical standards, and general security protocol. This role may need to wear a few hats in order to help with project delivery.
• Integration with PM team working w/PM team leadership in order to help define and inform all project plans, ensure clarity around requirements, and time/scope/budget are accounted for, defined, and adhered to.

Qualifications

Basic and Preferred Qualification:

• BA/BS required
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience is required
• Relevant industry experience : [Digital Signage] Marketing Technology, Agency model and approach, Custom Development
• Communication expertise: Work effectively across teams to advocate for solution specific needs be the touch point between internal services based resources as well as external teams (Sales engineering, Sales, Account Management, other Dev & Services teams cross company as well as external)
• Excellent written & verbal communication, client and personnel management and time management skill
