Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an IT Coordinator. The IT Coordinator will be responsible for performing both technical and administrative tasks, requiring critical thinking and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail. Effective end-user support and teamwork are vital components of this role, so excellent communication and people skills are required to collaborate effectively with colleagues.

Along with maintaining the company's IT infrastructure, the IT Coordinator will work alongside the IT Manager to design, build, test, and deliver sophisticated, in-house solutions to increase company efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Managing and maintaining the company's technological equipment, such as computers, tablets, and smartphones.
  • Ensuring that company devices seamlessly interconnect with cloud-based file servers, email servers, and financial applications.
  • Installing, upgrading, and managing software and hardware on company devices.
  • Managing all software licensing.
  • Keeping an inventory of all company electronic assets.
  • Providing staff with training on how to use hardware, software, and cloud-based services.
  • Creating instructions for program installation sequences.
  • Performing backups and restoring lost data as needed.
  • Evaluating and recommending software purchases to the IT Manager.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent technical support and customer service experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Office 365 suite.
  • Interest in data analytics.
  • Experience with Microsoft PowerApps is a plus.
  • Experience with BlueBeam and/or AutoCAD is a plus.
  • Experience in social media content creation and/or marketing is a plus.
