RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead, mentor and develop accounting staff – fostering collaboration and accountability
• Oversee day-to-day accounting activity, cash, funding, projections
• Budgets, variance reporting, forecasting, financial reporting and prep semi-annual financial reports

QUALIFICATIONS

• 7 years of experience in a financial leadership role within the real estate industry
• Bachelors degree in accounting or related field
• Proven experience managing CAM reconciliations, job costing for development projects
