Job Description:

Ideal candidates should be able to prioritize technical issues, manage assigned tasks, document time spent along with their resolutions. Be very organized with the ability to switch and resume tasks as required. Candidates should also have excellent communication capabilities, both verbally and written. Day to day will respond to telephone, email and online requests for technical support then patiently describe root cause to end users and guide them to solutions. Will be expected to document, track, and monitor reported issues using applicable systems and coordinate with other teams or departments to resolve user problems should escalation be necessary.

Desired Skills:

• Previous helpdesk technical support experience - computer, application, system, device, access and hardware issues
• Microsoft technologies including client operating systems, Office 365, One Drive, and Sharepoint
• Active Directory, Domain and Group Policy Administration, and Windows network administration
• Supporting wired/wireless networks and basic networking protocols including DNS, DHCP, VPNs, WAN/LAN TCP/IP
• Security software for virus protection, spyware, malware, and spam (Sophos, Crowdstrike)
• Mobile devices (iOS/Android)
• IT support delivery through remote support tools ie (Autotask – PSA, Kaseya – RMM, ITGlue – Documentation)
• Previous experience working at MSP is a plus
• A / Network / Security Certifications a plus
• Veeam products a plus
• Microsoft Certifications a plus
• VMware and Hyper-V a plus

Job Type: Full-time, compensation is based experience.
