Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Corporate Controller to join our team. The Corporate Controller will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities, including financial reporting, budgeting, and regulatory compliance.

Duties:

- Manage all aspects of the company's accounting operations
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements in compliance with GAAP
- Conduct account analysis and reconciliation
- Ensure accurate and timely regulatory reporting
- Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets
- Provide financial analysis to support strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with external auditors during annual audits

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA certification preferred
- Proven experience in corporate accounting
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and regulatory reporting requirements
- Proficiency in M2M or similar accounting software
- Excellent technical accounting skills, including double entry bookkeeping
- Ability to perform detailed financial analysis
- Experience with general ledger accounting and account reconciliation

Pay: $140,000.00 - $155,000.00 per year
