Our client is looking for an AR Specialist with 2 years of experience to join the team. This candidate will be responsible for handling all AR related matters as well as any other tasks that may surface.

Description

The key responsibilities of this position are as followed

- Generate and deliver accurate costumer invoices on a monthly basis

- record and reconcile payments

- Secure timely payments by monitoring overdue accounts

- Reconcile AR ledger to ensure its accuracy

- Assist Human resources team on any payroll related needs or questions

- Apply for client payments through a variety of different methods (ACH, Check, Credit Cards)

Profile

A successful candidate would have the following

- Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field

- 3 years of Accounts receivable experience

- Proficient in MS (Excel, Outlook)

- Strong organizational skills

- Knowledge and experience working with different Accounting systems
