Job Summary: Hinkle Construction Services is seeking an experienced certified crane operator to work as part of a team, safely operating a crane to execute a bridge replacement project near Madisonville, KY. This is a prevailing wage job.

Essential Responsibilities:

· Perform daily walk around inspections of your assigned piece of equipment.

· Keep your assigned piece of equipment clean.

· Operate equipment in an efficient, safe, and non-abusive manner.

· Assist other workers as needed.

· Perform other tasks assigned by supervisor.

· Comply with all company policies, procedures, and requirements.

· All employees are expected to have reliable transportation or use other means to ensure daily attendance at work.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education/Training: Crane Operator certification required.

Experience: At least two(2) years’ experience operating construction crane is preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Must have the ability to effectively communicate in English including reading and writing. Experience operating other heavy civil construction equipment is appreciated but not required.

Licenses/Certifications: Crane Operator certification required; valid driver’s license if the employee will drive a company vehicle.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $38.55 - $57.25 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 60 per week
