Perform routine analysis on samples

All samples are inoculated, and they utilize different types of media and dilutions.

Test samples for pathogens (like E.coli, Salmonella, Listeria)

Will perform platting of yeast and mold

Will perform bacteria enumeration (total plate count, direct microscopic counts)

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in the Life Sciences (Microbiology, Biology, Biochemistry or etc)

0-1 years experience in a production/manufacturing or food service position

PCR and ELISA testing experience is a plus!

Ability to use a variety of styles of pipettes and micropipettes, specifically multi-channel electronic pipettes
