PositionOverview :
As a WorkdayImplementation Consultant you will play a key role in implementingthe Workday Human Resource Management modules within ourorganization.
You will collaborate with crossfunctional teams toanalyze business requirements configure the Workday platform tomeet those requirements and ensure a smooth transition to the newsystem.
KeyResponsibilities :
- Collaboratewith stakeholders to gather document and analyze businessrequirements related to HR needs.
- Lead andsupport the implementation of Workday HCM modules including Core HRCompensation Time Tracking and Attendance Reporting and Analyticsand Talent Optimization andRecruiting.
- Configure the Workday system toalign with clientspecific HR policies processes and organizationalstructures.
- Lead testing efforts by preparingand documenting test cases and managing the execution of systemintegration testing user acceptance testing and endtoendtesting.
- Provide enduser training and supportduring the implementation process. Develop desktop proceduresenduser documentation business process maps and other trainingmaterials as needed.
- Conduct workshops andtraining sessions to educate client stakeholders on Workdayfunctionality and best practices.
- Provideguidance and support to client teams during data migration testingand deployment phases.
- Work closely withproject managers and other consultants to ensure timely delivery ofproject milestones and objectives.
- Participate in project meetingsand provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status andkey milestones.
- Troubleshoot issues and provideresolutions during implementation and postimplementation supportphases.
- Stay updated on Workday productreleases and enhancements assessing their potential impact onclient implementations.
- Contribute to thecontinuous improvement of implementation methodologies tools andtemplates.
Qualifications :
- Bachelorsdegree in Human Resources Business Administration or a relatedfield.
- Workday HCM certification(s)required.
- Proven experience in implementingWorkday HCM solutions focusing on Core HR Compensation and TalentOptimization.
- Handson experience configuringWorkday HCM Management modules.
- Experience withdata migration integration and reporting withinWorkday.
- Strong understanding of HR processesand best practices including employee lifecycle managementcompensation planning and performanceevaluation.
- Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clientsand internal teams.
- Demonstrated ability toeffectively train lead workshops facilitate discussions and deliverpresentations.
- Analytical mindset with strongproblemsolving skills capable of translating business requirementsinto technical solutions.
- Ability to managemultiple priorities and work under tight deadlines in a fastpacedenvironment.
