Peaceful Pines -Madison is a new senior living community that will provide independent living, assisted living, and memory care services for area seniors.

We are seeking an experienced dietary professional to join our hardworking team of professionals as the community's Dietary Manager.

The role: The Dietary Manger will design, develop, and train kitchen staff to prepare nutritious, homecooked, and delicious meals. The Dietary Manger will work with the dietician to approve and execute all menus. The Dietary Manger must have strong leadership skills to help team members establish a strong working knowledge of food preparation, serving, and kitchen standards.

This full-time, exempt role requires a minimum of 40 hours per week, generally between the hours of 8am and 5pm, and some on-call availability when away from the community. The Dietary Manager will report directly to the community's Administrator.

Qualifications: Candidates must have a strong knowledge of cooking and baking skills and the ability to order and organize food supplies for the scheduled menu. Must have the ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, employees, and vendors. Preference will be given to candidates who are ServSafe certified and have experience cooking for senior living communities. Training will be provided for the right candidate.
