Engelman Construction is currently seeking a skilled Operator with concrete experience to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment, performing concrete-related tasks, and assisting with labor duties as needed.

You will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of construction projects, including digging footings, pouring concrete, and providing support to the construction crew.

Responsibilities:

• Operate concrete equipment, to perform tasks such as pouring, spreading, and finishing concrete
• Utilize concrete equipment to accurately and efficiently place concrete for footings, foundations, slabs, walls, and other structural elements
• Assist with loading, unloading, and transport of concrete materials, tools, and equipment to and from the job site as needed
• Provide support to the construction crew by performing general labor duties, including cleanup, site preparation, formwork installation, and tool maintenance
• Follow all safety regulations and protocols to maintain a safe work environment for yourself and your colleagues

Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years experience operating heavy concrete equipment, such as concrete pumps, mixers, and finishing machines
• Proficiency in operating and maintaining heavy concrete equipment to achieve optimal performance and quality results
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation to the job site
