Job Summary :

We are currently seeking a Loading Department Associate to join our team for the 2nd shift. This position offers an initial training period on the 1st shift at a rate of $17 / hour, with the opportunity to transition to the 2nd shift at a higher rate of $19 / hour.

The Loading Department Associate will primarily be responsible for loading finished materials onto trucks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the loading process.

Responsibilities :

• Load finished materials onto trucks for shipment using appropriate equipment and techniques.
• Verify the accuracy of loads against shipping documentation and ensure proper securing of materials.
• Assist in the organization and maintenance of the loading area to optimize workflow.
• Collaborate with team members to meet loading schedules and deadlines.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers to address any issues or concerns.

Qualifications :

• Previous experience operating tow motors is a significant advantage.
• Ability to lift and maneuver loads weighing up to 100lbs with assistance.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in loading processes.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Flexibility to work 2nd shift hours.
