Immaculate Facility Services is Hiring a Janitorial Team Lead(2nd Shift) Near Memphis, TN
- Provide immaculate cleaning services throughout the warehouse facility.
- Direct and coordinate associates’ daily cleaning activities and delegate workflow instructions
- Assist in monitoring and inspecting overall cleaning.
- Assist in training new associates in cleaning agents, safety, equipment and proper cleaning techniques.
- Recommends new methods to promote efficiency, teamwork and development.
- Take supply inventory and maintain the inventory supply storeroom.
- Assist to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
- Assist to ensure associates are adhering to all Company policies and procedures.
- Notify the supervisor and/or manager of all complaints or employee relation concerns.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Participates in cleaning activities and operating motorized equipment.
- Attending emergencies and participating in meetings as required.
- Perform other job-related duties as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Two years of experience preferred or equivalent combination of experience and/or education from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.
- Skills in coordinating work activities of assigned staff
- Previous knowledge and use of cleaning equipment, products, techniques, and standards.
- Good verbal and written communication.
- Detailed and team oriented.
- Ability to tell when something is wrong or is likely to go wrong - It does not necessarily involve solving the problem, but recognizing there is a problem.
- Ability to endure long hours of continuous work when called upon to do so
- Physical efforts required by the job include walking, standing, bending, stooping, pulling, pushing, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
- Must be able to work independently and accomplish goals with minimum supervision.
- Must be certified to operate motorized equipment.
