Job Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate Personal Care Assistant to provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance with daily living activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for caring for others and enhancing their quality of life.

Responsibilities:

- Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Help with meal preparation and medication reminders
- Perform light housekeeping tasks
- Accompany clients to appointments and outings
- Monitor and report any changes in client's health or behavior

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in healthcare or caregiving is preferred
- Knowledge of medical-surgical, geriatrics, PICU, hospital medicine is a plus
- Ability to provide empathetic and compassionate care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience and understanding towards clients' needs
- High school diploma or equivalent
