DescriptionResponsible for scheduling including: All clinical staff, holidays, vacations, sick, personal, and orientation approved by DON or designee. Scheduling needs to be completed fairly and with no preferential treatment towards co-workers. May be subject to working various shift where needed. Assist the Activities Coordinator with scheduling/follow up appointments and the resident transportation to an from appointments. Assist with visits from outside sources (Dentist, Podiatrist, Optometrists, etc.) Communicates all questions and suggestions to the respective Coordinator.
RequirementsCompletion of secondary education or equivalent; completion of a state-approved Nursing Assistant Training Program; must obtain State Tested Nursing Assistant’s (STNA) certification, BLS Certification, Ohio driver’s license.
