Job SummaryThe Service & Repair Technician will provide professional and technical services to our valued clients, problem-solving and ensuring consistent client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Provide a reliable, efficient, and professional service to clients and client follow-up.
- Troubleshoot and repair pool equipment such as pumps, heaters, sanitizers, and filters.
- Communicate repair needs with clients and service department
- Ensure your vehicle is adequately stocked with products and tools to perform repairs and installations
- Record all materials and products used on-site for invoicing purposes.
- Identify poolside opportunities for upselling/sales opportunities
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certified Pool Operator (CPO) preferred
- Current Driver’s License
