KV Construction is a fast-paced and growing company serving the greater New Hampshire area. We specialize in roofing, siding, gutters, windows, and doors. Our company is in the “build and grow” stage, which means we are looking for teammates who love rolling up their sleeves and getting things done.

We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to join our team as Site Supervisor with the potential to grow within the company. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing crews as well as planning and executing successful projects. The goal of this position is to complete projects on time and within budget, while performing inspections before and after jobs.

Job Title: Site Supervisor

Starting at $26 an hour with an increase to $30 an hour after 90 days and after completing required certifications and trainings.

Job Responsibilities, including but not limited to:

• Collaborate with management, the contractors and other workers on the same project
• Responsible for any delays, emergencies and problems that can arise
• Comply with safety and building codes as well as legal requirements
• Report project progress with client
• Explain contract and technical matter to others in a clear manner
• Prepare budget and cost estimates, along with work timetables
• Work with clients to understand their construction goals and needs, then build a schedule for crew to follow
• Oversee the entire construction process and ensure everything runs smoothly for the project to be successful
• Taking inventory of the equipment and tools and be sure it is accounted for each day
• Conducting regular site checks to review the workers’ progress and ensure they’re following proper safety standards
• Must be willing and able to be hands on if and where needed

Job Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in the roofing/siding industry is preferred
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• High school diploma
• Able to carry 50 pounds
• Able to communicate effectively with customers and vendors
• Proactive mindset
• Team player

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Experience level:

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
