Responsibilities
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
- Assess customers' needs and provide assistance and information on product features.
- Actively seek out customers in the store and engage with them.
- Remain knowledgeable about products offered and discuss available options.
- Collaborate with sales associates to ensure proper customer service.
- Build productive trust relationships with customers.
- Maintain an orderly appearance of the sales floor and product displays.
- Follow up with customers after sales to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business.
- Proven work experience in Sales, preferably in furniture or retail.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Proficiency in English.
- Basic Math skills.
- Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
- A friendly and energetic personality with a customer service focus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
