Patterns Behavioral Services is Hiring a Behavior Technician Near Lynnwood, WA

This is for a clinic and home-based position in Lynnwood with a $650 sign-on bonus!

Be aware: we are currently hiring for part-time positions only with the possibility of moving into full-time.

Responsibilities

  • Implement 1:1 direct Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques in clinic and home
  • Collect accurate ongoing data on client’s programs
  • Teach communication skills and help build communication systems (AAC, PECS, ASL) with our non-verbal and emerging-verbal clients
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to tailor ABA treatment plans, ensuring they are personalized to meet the unique needs of each individual
  • Ensure clear communication with all team members and parents/clients
  • Provide behavioral support and respond to challenging behaviors when necessary
  • Attend staff meetings and training sessions

Requirements

  • HS Diploma
  • Experience working with children (personal/professional)
  • WA state Drivr's liscense
  • Insured, reliable transportation
  • Must be able to lift and carry 25 lbs when needed
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills to connect with clients

Ideal Candidates:

  • Individuals who love working with children
  • Candidates with a current CBT or RBT certification
  • Experience in ABA
  • Teacher aides or Paraeducators
  • Direct Support Professionals and Respite Workers
  • Anyone who loves working with people with disabilities or is interested in disability advocacy

We are currently looking for those who can work Part -time. Full-time caseloads are attainable with a timeline of 1-3 months.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
