You'll have the opportunity to design engaging training sessions, provide personalized feedback to players, and contribute to the overall growth and success of our academy program.

• Develop and execute age-appropriate training sessions focused on skill development, tactical understanding, and game preparation.
• Provide constructive feedback and encouragement to players to support their individual growth and development.
• Foster a positive team culture emphasizing sportsmanship, teamwork, and respect for opponents and officials.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, communication with parents, and organizing events.
• Collaborate with fellow coaches and academy leadership to uphold program standards and values.
• Previous coaching experience in youth soccer, with a focus on girls' development preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for youth soccer development and a commitment to creating a positive and inclusive environment for players.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
