We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our dynamic team. We are seeking a Junior Architect to assist in facade inspections and architectural design tasks, with a focus on compliance with NYC Local Law 11. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in architectural principles and a keen interest in building inspections and facade maintenance.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in conducting facade inspections in accordance with Local Law 11.
• Prepare detailed reports and documentation.
• Collaborate with senior architects and engineers on project designs.
• Support the preparation of architectural drawings and specifications.
• Conduct site visits and assist in the assessment of building conditions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in architectural design or inspection.
• Familiarity with Local Law 11 and building codes.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural software.
• Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
